Self massage
Some parts of the body can be massaged on their own. Undressed and sit comfortably. Tired feet (right) can be reduced ugniatajÄ…c and rubbing them all with your fingers. Pinching and kneading of the neck muscles (in the bottom left) reduces its rigidity. In order to stimulate the muscles of the chest and abdomen (below right) put on your back and gently kneads the skin with your fingers outstretched hand.
